HireHelix AI provides an AI-powered platform for practicing behavioral interviews. The Service offers:

• AI-driven mock interview sessions
• Real-time feedback and scoring
• Resume analysis and optimization
• Progress tracking and analytics

2. Beta Program

The Service is currently in beta. During the beta period:

• The Service is provided free of charge
• Features may change without notice
• Service availability is not guaranteed
• We may request feedback on your experience
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into contracts
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law
• Provide accurate information during registration

4. Approval-Based Access

During the beta period, access to the Service may be limited. We reserve the right to:

• Approve or deny access requests at our discretion
• Limit the number of users
• Prioritize access based on waitlist order or other criteria
• Revoke access for any reason

5. Accounts & Security

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We use third-party authentication providers (Google, LinkedIn) for account security.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful content
• Harass, abuse, or harm others through the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service without permission

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service, including:

• Interview responses and practice sessions
• Resume uploads
• Profile information

By submitting content, you grant us a license to process, store, and analyze it to provide and improve the Service. We may use anonymized, aggregated data for research and development.

8. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses AI to generate interview questions, feedback, and suggestions. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• Feedback is for practice purposes and not professional career advice
• We do not guarantee interview success or employment outcomes
• You should use your own judgment when applying AI suggestions

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers including Google (authentication, AI), LinkedIn (authentication), and Supabase (database). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

11. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by HireHelix AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

12. Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and incorporate such feedback without obligation to you.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security of your data

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HIREHELIX AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Lost profits, data, or opportunities
• Interview outcomes or employment decisions
• Damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated content
• Service interruptions or data loss

Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold HireHelix AI harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of another party; or (d) your content submitted to the Service.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if:

• You violate these Terms
• We suspect fraudulent or abusive behavior
• We discontinue the Service or beta program
• Required by law or legal process

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

18. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version with an updated "Last updated" date. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

20. Severability

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and HireHelix AI regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

23. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. Any waiver of these Terms must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of HireHelix AI.

24. Class Action Waiver

You and HireHelix AI agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Meta, and Apple are trademarks of their respective owners. HireHelix AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies. References to these companies are for informational purposes only to indicate the types of interview formats our Service helps users practice.
