What is STAR method scoring?
STAR stands for Situation, Task, Action, Result. We score your answers across four dimensions: Narrative Focus (clarity and structure), Depth (specifics and metrics), Leadership (ownership and influence), and Completeness (full story arc). Each dimension gets a score from 1-5 with specific improvement suggestions.
How does the pacing timer work?
A real-time timer tracks your response length. It turns green when you're in the sweet spot (90 seconds to 2 minutes), amber when you should wrap up (2-3 minutes), and red when you're rambling (3+ minutes). This builds the instinct to land your answers under pressure — just like in a real interview.
How many practice sessions should I do?
We recommend 2-3 sessions per week over 2-4 weeks before your interview.
